Summary: Prostate Cancer with Metastases to the bone

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Men 18 years or older with histologically confirmed prostate cancer
  • Current or prior radiographic evidence of at least 1 bone metastasis
  • Documented rise in PSA on hormone therapy
  • Testosterone level < 50 ng/dl

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Current or prior oral or IV Bisphosphonate use
  • Brain Metastases
  • Known history of 2nd malignancy within the past 3 years, except basal cell carcinoma
  • Osteomecrosis/osteomyelitis of the jaw
