Summary: Prostate Cancer with Metastases to the bone
Inclusion Criteria:
- Men 18 years or older with histologically confirmed prostate cancer
- Current or prior radiographic evidence of at least 1 bone metastasis
- Documented rise in PSA on hormone therapy
- Testosterone level < 50 ng/dl
Exclusion Criteria:
- Current or prior oral or IV Bisphosphonate use
- Brain Metastases
- Known history of 2nd malignancy within the past 3 years, except basal cell carcinoma
- Osteomecrosis/osteomyelitis of the jaw
